Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting companies in the Heavy Equipment, HVAC, and Automotive industries.
Identify potential clients and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within organizations.
Sell Software Services and SaaS-based software products specifically designed for aftermarket solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and deliverables.
Foster long-term relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty.
Provide market feedback to the product development team to help guide future product offerings.
Collaboration with marketing and other departments to create effective promotional materials.
Prepare regular reports and presentations about sales performance and forecast future sales volumes.
Represent the company at industry events and network effectively.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of robust sales experience in relevant sectors.
Proven track record of success in selling software services or SaaS products.
Experience working with Heavy Equipment, HVAC/Climate Control, or Automotive companies.
Strong understanding of aftermarket products and relevant domains.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience
Experience selling to target companies such as Paccar, Caterpillar, John Deere, Carrier, Rockwell.
First preference for candidates located in Portland; Seattle candidates also considered.
Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow is a plus.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and sales acumen.
