Base pay range $280,000.00/yr - $320,000.00/yr
ZeroFox is on the hunt for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Director for the Great Lakes region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategic relationships with enterprise accounts across various cybersecurity sectors. You will execute sales strategies that will not only help to meet revenue targets but also position ZeroFox as a clear leader in the security market. This role requires a compelling communicator who can engage with C-suite executives and articulate the value of our solutions effectively.
Role And Responsibilities
Lead the business development efforts in the Great Lakes region by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their security needs and offering tailored solutions
Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including forecasting and prioritizing sales opportunities to close deals effectively
Craft and implement strategic plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth in the Great Lakes region
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify strategic opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional service to clients
Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B cybersecurity sales, particularly within enterprise or large account environments, with significant track record of exceeding sales quotas
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers within major organizations
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including current trends, challenges, and competitive market dynamics
Exceptional negotiation skills, allowing for successful navigation through complex sales cycles
Ability to develop custom sales strategies that align with client-specific challenges and goals
Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting sales accurately
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in articulating complex concepts simply and clearly
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Willing to travel frequently in order to meet with clients and attend industry events
Experience with sales automation and customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
