Regional Sales Director - Advanced Surgical - Sierra Nevada Base pay range: $130,000.00 per year - $295,000.00 per year.

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) drives sales, profit margins and strategy by partnering with and influencing field sales management and sales representatives in an assigned region.

Responsibilities:

Lead the sales organization in a specified region to meet the objectives of the company’s overall business plans and strategies.

Stay knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, KOL and leading customer strategies.

Manage the regional sales team to define strategic account plans and focus on the development of strong collaborative working relationships.

Direct the region to ensure sales and marketing revenue and margin goals are achieved.

Oversee eight sales representatives in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Hudson Valley and New Jersey.

Account for regional expense budget.

Develop and execute annual marketing plans with innovative and creative ideas to increase sales, deliver presentations to key stakeholders.

Partner with internal teams for talent management, training and development of key resources.

Communicate order, quota achievement and report the proposal pipeline to senior management.

Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.

Ability to work unsupervised from a professional home-based office without personal interruptions.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of sales and sales management experience with a bachelor’s degree.

Ability to meet with customers at hospitals and to be a member of a credential agency.

Must live within the defined sales territory or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
