Degree of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or an equivalent degree from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine. Experience in organizational management and leadership including hiring, performance management, counseling, etc. Experience working in public health or with public health related activities. Experience with federal, state, or local government is preferred.
