Marketing Director / Admission Liaison for Chesapeake Shores Nursing Center & Copper Ridge Nursing & Assisted Living Center Responsibilities Develop advertising campaigns, community relationships and direct connection with referral sources Foster strategic partnerships with media and other affiliates. Collaborate with physicians, case managers and social workers managers on strategic planning and business development. Travel to referral sources (Carroll Hospital, St. Mary Medical Center, and Calvert Medical Center, and others). Centrally located candidate is ideal for this positon for nothern and southern commute. Travel reimbursement provided. Requirements Degree in a related field is desirable Experience as a LTC marketer Clinical Background is very helpful Excellent verbal and communication skills Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance payer systems Experience Management: 1 year (Preferred) Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off
