We are seeking a Regional Managing Director to lead our team and build long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will oversee a team managing 20-25 projects per direct report, with a total revenue of $10-15M. Responsibilities: Build and maintain exceptional client relationships to drive revenue growth and retention. Serve as a client champion, ensuring high levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention and growth. Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Requirements: 9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive level. 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent. Strong background in the IT or technology services industry. Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive business growth. Advanced level of English.
