Regional Laboratory Sales Director, Eurofins Built Environment Testing, Western US Full-time Eurofins Scientific is a network of independent companies providing a wide range of analytical testing services across multiple industries to ensure safety, authenticity, and accuracy of products and environments. With over 20 U.S. locations, Eurofins Built Environment Testing offers Industrial Hygiene (IH) and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) services, including tests for asbestos, mold, bacteria, VOCs, allergens, Legionella, radon, lead, silica, and more, serving clients such as consultants, industry, healthcare, government, and homeowners. The Regional Sales Director role combines sales management and strategic market planning to drive organic growth in the Western US, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. The role involves managing and mentoring Account Executives, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Recruit, manage, evaluate, train, mentor, and support assigned AEs. Collaborate with sales teams, managers, and other teams to grow the assigned region. Manage field sales activities, including client visits, requiring travel. Develop and implement marketing and sales plans supporting organic growth. Foster national account program development aligned with growth objectives. Coordinate with marketing and EDS teams to execute marketing strategies. Drive revenue targets in specialty segments. Qualifications include a BS/BA (preferably in Science), MBA desirable, with at least 10 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in environmental laboratories. Must be authorized to work in the US indefinitely and reside in specified metropolitan areas. Skills and Abilities : Knowledge of business concepts, sales techniques, leadership, management, communication, supervision, organization, planning, and selling. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate in a team environment. This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting salary range of $115,000 - $165,000, depending on experience.
