Regional Environmental Services Director Fundamental Administrative Services, LLC is searching for aRegional Environmental Services Director to work with client skilled nursingcenters located across South Carolina. Position is based in South Carolina. Summary: This working position will be responsible for ensuring clientfacilities are in compliance with all policies and procedures surroundingenvironmental services. Will provide training and development for properequipment use/record keeping, protective gear, safety precautions as well asdocumentation requirements. Will tour the facilities regularly, meeting withstakeholders, preparing and communicating scorecards for continuous improvementof operations. Maintains expense/materials management for each locationensuring budget compliance for supplies. Reports, equipment/cleaning productneeds and solutions while adhering to all safety precautions at facility. Implementsand monitors state-wide cleaning schedule to ensure compliance to all state andfederal regulations. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent is required 5+ years of experience in Environmental Services in aleadership/supervisory position, multi-site experience is highly preferred Must be able to work as scheduled and on time with limitedsupervision Must possess positive attitude with the ability to follow oraland written instructions Knowledge of state and federal regulations Must be able and willing to travel extensively via personalautomobile – overnight travel will be required
