Preferred Qualifications (Dental Experience Beneficial, Not Essential): Strong computer proficiency. Motivation for career advancement. A professional mindset, embracing teamwork and collaboration. Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a cheerful attitude. Sound decision-making abilities with independent work ethic and multitasking capacity. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Dental experience is welcomed but not required.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with dental, business, and financial professionals, including executive leadership, to lead and manage teams. Partner with experts to refine operating policies and pursue operational excellence. Mentor and oversee Office Managers and their teams across up to ten dental offices. Monitor compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and HR policies, ensuring smooth adherence. Regularly visit your group of offices to coach, guide, and support staff.
