Responsibilities Responsible for the overall development, execution and leadership of the Sales strategy for the region. Focus on long-term census and revenue growth as top priorities, and contribute to the marketing strategy and execution in the region. Report directly to the Vice President of Sales. Support the sales counselors in the field and, with Executive Directors, evaluate their effectiveness while providing tailored one-on-one coaching as needed. Assist in the overall development, execution, and leadership of the sales strategy for Harmony Senior Services. Travel frequently and oversee the states of Georgia, South Carolina, and Roanoke, VA. Qualifications Must be a resident of the state of Georgia or South Carolina Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/marketing preferred; or equivalent sales experience Minimum of five (5) years of successful sales leadership experience in the senior living industry Why Should You Apply?
