Highline Physical Therapy is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to serve our Seattle - Tacoma area. We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience managing multi-site clinics. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job related factors.Overview: Under general direction of the Area Vice President, the Regional Director of Operations provides leadership and oversight to our outpatient orthopedic clinics and services. Participates in decisions regarding our business, strategic planning, and operation activities as a member of the executive team. With the broader management team, establish and executes financial performance expectations while implementing operational processes and procedures. Works with leadership to plan, organize, staff, direct, coordinate and control the activities of the all the designated clinics. Part of this role involves delivering direct patient care within the clinics in this region.
