Regional Director of Operations :
Hire, mentor, and train leadership positions on your team.
Develop stable and effective teams within our operations.
Ensure resident and family satisfaction in all of your communities.
Develop strategic plans to improve culture and profitability within your region.
Regional Director of Operations Requirements :
A minimum of 5 years of Nursing Home operational experience required; Multi-facility experience preferred.
Regional Administrator : 1 year (Preferred)
LNHA: 3 year (Must)
