*Summary*

As a Regional Director at LCB Senior Living, you will oversee multiple communities within your designated region, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality care for our residents. This leadership role is pivotal in driving business growth and enhancing the overall resident experience.

*Responsibilities*

* Lead and manage operations for multiple senior living communities within the region. * Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency. * Foster relationships with community stakeholders to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction. * Monitor financial performance and implement process improvements as needed. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies across all communities. * Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with corporate objectives. * Negotiate contracts and partnerships that support community initiatives.
