We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to run our Personal Care and Independent Living communities. As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth. You will oversee the sales team and work collaboratively with the management team to ensure the success of our assisted living communities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed occupancy goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources to generate leads and drive sales.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print media, events, and community outreach.
Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve and enhance the resident experience.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to adapt sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the senior living industry.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with residents, families, and referral sources.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
Understanding of the assisted living industry, including regulations and compliance.
