Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare reimbursement, with a focus on the long-term MDS/RAI process.

• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed payer reimbursement regulations and policies.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.

• Exceptional analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of electronic health records and billing systems.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

• Must be willing to travel. Facility in Florida also.
