Regional Director of Clinic Operations

Overview Lead the success of our clinics through support, growth, intention and innovation. The Regional Director of Clinic Success oversees the performance and growth of a portfolio of Bloomwell clinics, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes, financial targets, and efficient, compliant operations. This role acts as the key link between the home office and clinic teams and drives strategy execution and continuous improvement across the region. The ideal candidate has experience operating multiple locations in the healthcare space and a deep appreciation for the work we do and the families we serve. This role requires living in one of Bloomwell’s regions (Minneapolis/St. Paul; Omaha; Raleigh/Durham) and travel roughly 30%.
What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned clinics within the market, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Provide hands-on leadership and support to clinic teams to drive high-quality client care, operational efficiency, and strong financial results
Foster collaborative, productive relationships with patients, clinicians, and clinic success teams
Collaborate with clinical and clinic success teams to help manage new patient intake pipeline within the market
Use data and operational insights to inform decision-making, drive cost control, and optimize clinic performance
Recruit, train, and retain top talent, developing high-performing teams through coaching, clear expectations, and consistent accountability
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure adherence to BACB guidelines, payer requirements, and Bloomwell standards of care
Identify growth opportunities and lead improvement initiatives across people, performance, and process
Oversee clinic budgets, staffing plans, and capital expenditures to achieve sustainable growth
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree required (healthcare administration, marketing, psychology, social work, or related field preferred)
5+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare management; ABA, behavioral health or pediatric therapy strongly preferred
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
Proven ability to manage budgets and scale operations
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region and to Bloomwell’s other regions
