RAM Recruiting - About the Role AOM Healthcare, a premier long-term care provider operating 20+ facilities across Ohio is looking to add an experienced Regional Director of Business Development to our team. You’ll guide census growth and market reach for facilities in the Geneva/Asthabula/Youngstown region.
What You’ll Do
Implement and manage marketing and sales strategies across your assigned region to meet census and payer mix goals
Visit referral sources—hospitals, case managers, agencies—to execute facility-level outreach plans
Analyze local health systems, identify referral opportunities, and position our facilities as preferred partners
Oversee Admission Support Teams, ensuring seamless referral-to-admission processes
Maintain and utilize referral databases and tools to monitor and report performance
Collaborate directly with facility administrators and the VP of Business Development for strategy and support
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing within long-term care or skilled nursing
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to interpret clinical outcomes and translate them into compelling marketing messages
Willingness to travel locally across facilities during weekdays; some on-call availability
