As a Regional Director, you play a pivotal role in driving the company´s success in the region and thus make a significant contribution to our company's ambitious growth strategy. Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with corporate goals
Drive the development and expansion of the national subsidiary into an active and scalable sales organization (Territory- , Account- Key Account Management) positioning it for sustainable growth and success in the
Establish further service departments to support the growth such as operations etc.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both direct sales teams and distribution channels
Establish and manage long-lasting relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on market research and analysis
Identify new market opportunities and market segments and drive expansion into them (e.g. Robotics, IoT)
Implement and further develop the company-wide sales approaches and processes
Proficient in applying Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably experienced in using Salesforce
Responsible for the financial performance of your region (Order Intake, Revenue and Results)
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and government regulations
Professional and disciplinary leadership of our employes in the US Subsidiary
