Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of director experience in a high-volume upscale operation with oversight of 3+ units.

Minimum 3+ years of entertainment venue management experience in a high-volume role, ideally with full-service bar and kitchen.

Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or related field preferred.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Establish direction and communication to General Managers, holding them accountable for venue execution.

Supervise a team of General Managers across the region, spending 80% of the time in venues to monitor performance and provide feedback.

Conduct regular meetings and inspections to reinforce company policies and procedures.

Ensure attainment of budgeted sales results while controlling expenses.

Provide leadership to drive sales and maximize margins.

Manage people issues, ensuring retention, training, and development of team members.

Approve promotions, terminations, and disciplinary actions as necessary.

Travel at least 50% of the time to oversee operations.
