This role starts with providing direct lymphedema therapy and grows into leading a regional team of PTs, OTs, PTAs, and OTAs —mentoring clinicians, shaping clinical standards, and helping expand services in the Osceola & Polk County region.

What You’ll Do Deliver hands-on lymphedema therapy and patient care Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of therapists and assistants Ensure compliance with clinical, quality, and regulatory standards Build strong referral and patient networks to support growth Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and outcomes

What We’re Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in Florida Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) (required) Graduate of an APTA-accredited PT or OT program Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) Reliable transportation for regional travel
