The Regional Area Director (RAD) position is responsible for developing and maintaining effective operations in multiple branches within a given region at National Seating and Mobility. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for all operational roles within the region’s branches. Works in partnership with Regional Vice President and other NSM executive leadership to elevate branch service levels, ensuring all operational procedures are completed with excellence and in accordance with company policy. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of company products and programs to build a strong customer service brand for NSM. Company Description:

Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Full oversight and responsibility to branch transaction cycle time, margins, expenses and top/bottom line revenue goals.
Accountable for organizational activities and operations being carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, applicable federal, state and local laws as well as Joint Commission standards.
Oversees and directs branch quality and performance improvement. Monitors compliance to productivity and performance standards.
Reports appropriate metrics to Regional Vice President and Executive leadership team.
Ensures that the branches are properly staffed. May assist with interviewing final candidates, training, and motivating staff to achieve the objectives of the organization.
Collaborates with Human Resources to resolve employee concerns and issues.
Responsible for executing enterprise initiatives pertaining to growth and development of people strategy including performance management, engagement and accountability.
Manages inventory to ensure sales and rental inventories are managed in a cost-effective manner.

Required Education, Experience & Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution; focus in Business Administration or relevant clinical or business discipline.
A minimum of 8+ years of progressive management experience overseeing a complex business with aggregate financial and operational responsibility in the healthcare setting.
5-8 Years of leadership experience
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Customer service management experience within a service related business
Sets a high personal example of strong customer service, in own performance
Ability to do extensive travel throughout the region. (Generally 50% travel)
Strong Problem Solving/Analysis – To include data analysis
High Communication Proficiency – Both Written and Verbal
Strong Decision-Making Ability
