RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of South Florida's premiere healthcare groups with more than 50 years of operations that is seeking a Referrals Director. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role base out Miami, Florida. As the Referrals Director, you would be responsible for leadership and oversight of all aspects of the Referral Management Department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. This role develops and enforces policies that align with CMS and health plan guidelines while optimizing referral workflows. Working closely with executive leadership, providers, and clinical teams, the Director drives compliance, performance, and operational excellence across all referral activities. Key job duties, among others: · Provides leadership and mentorship to the Referral Management team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth across all levels. · Develops and enforces departmental policies, workflows, and performance goals to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. · Oversees audits, denial management, and reporting to identify operational risks, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions. · Serves as the primary liaison between the Referral Department, Medical Directors, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution. · Leads initiatives to enhance service quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while promoting continuous process improvement.
