Director of Agent Experience Full-Time | On-Site We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Agent Experience to join our Market Center team. This role is all about creating a world-class experience for real estate agents — from onboarding and training to retention and recognition. You’ll be the heartbeat of the Market Center, ensuring agents are supported, engaged, and equipped to succeed. What You’ll Do Lead new agent onboarding, training, and offboarding processes. Drive retention efforts with consistent outreach, recognition, and engagement systems. Plan and coordinate Market Center events and training programs. Provide technology training and support for agents. Manage vendor partnerships and collaborate with MC leadership on special projects. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in training, coaching, or event coordination. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Tech-savvy and comfortable supporting others with systems and tools.
