What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead 4 to 5 account teams in developing high-level strategies and ensuring successful media strategies - Deliver exemplary client service and maintain strong relationships with clients - Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, pitches, and award submissions - Oversee account management, ensuring accurate billing and timely project delivery - Mentor junior staff and participate in new business development activities
What is Required (Qualifications): - At least 7 years of PR agency experience - Strong academic background with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business - Core consumer brand PR experience with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management - Excellent publicity skills and a strong understanding of the media landscape - Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience running a proactive press office and handling incoming press inquiries - A wide network of national consumer and business media contacts - Proven track record of delivering impactful PR campaigns with measurable results - Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking - Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
