What Youll Do: As the Clinic Director, you will lead both clinically and operationally, with responsibilities that include: Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure outstanding patient outcomes and satisfaction Provide mentorship, development, and guidance to clinical staff Drive clinic performance by fostering a high-quality, patient-centered environment Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and operational teams Promote a culture aligned with OSAs mission, vision, and values Implement innovative care strategies and contribute to process improvement Take initiative in solving problems and making key clinical and operational decisions Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Doctoral and/or masters degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma. Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Texas. Experience in Outpatient and/or Private Practice Physical Therapy. Minimum of 1-3 years outpatient management experience. Full understanding of State Practice Act and Compliance in the state of Texas.
