Overview The Clubhouse Director is responsible for leading psychosocial rehabilitation servicing. In alignment with the Mission and Vision of Hope Network, the Clubhouse Director is accountable for meeting performance targets related to service provision, quality assurance, and fiscal viability. This position plans, organizes, and directs service provision, protects the rights of persons served, develops and maintains budgets, allocates resources, assesses and documents the progress of persons served, and facilitates expanded program and community resources. The Clubhouse Director has a high degree of personal integrity, generates positive energy, and makes a difference every day.

A Director has to be able to participate in the professional mental health arena, the political arena, the fundraising arena, and the business/employer arena and also be a hands-on generalist in the day-to-day work of the Clubhouse.
The Director has to be a high-energy person with enough charisma to lead, teach, problem solve, have fun and deal with crisis situations.
The Clubhouse Director has a high degree of personal integrity, generates positive energy, and makes a difference every day.

You have
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with appropriate licensure . (LLBSW LBSW)
Preferred; Master's Degree in a health or human services field with appropriate licensure. ( LLMSW, LMSW)
Valid State of Michigan driver's license
Thorough understanding of clubhouse policies and procedures.
Preferred; Two years (2)' experience working in a clubhouse setting or related field.
Preferred one (1) year in experience in a management role.
