About the Role Commercial real estate investment firm with a portfolio of small-bay industrial assets is seeking a Property Management Director to lead and oversee regional operations and performance across multiple properties.

What You’ll Do Oversee a portfolio of industrial properties and the local property managers who run them Drive financial performance through budgeting, CAM reconciliations, rent collection, and NOI tracking Lead capital improvement and tenant build-out projects from budgeting to completion Collaborate with leasing, legal, and construction teams to execute business plans Lead weekly update meetings with asset managers/investors

What You’ll Need 6-15 years of experience in commercial property management Strong understanding of NNN leases, operating expenses, and property financials Experience with construction projects, capex budgeting, and value-add initiatives Ability to lead teams and manage external partners with a hands-on approach
