This company develops a wide range of projects, typically in the $10M - $75M range. Project Manager Qualifications:

Must have a proven work history working with a Commercial General Contractor or a Commercial/industrial Developer Builder. 5+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish (renovation projects are okay, just not preferred) A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered. Practical experience in project management Excellent people skills
