Project Director - Restoration $75,000 per year + uncapped bonus opportunities

The Project Director is the first interaction with the customer after a loss and is responsible for interacting with the customer in a courteous and professional manner. The Project Director is responsible for selling all three verticals of mitigation, contents and reconstruction, as applicable. Building and fostering relationships with adjustors is also a key component of the role.

RESPONSIBILITES: First interaction with Customer on site Responsible for acknowledgement of arrival and compliance with Carrier Service levels Collect 3D scans on the project for exterior and interior repairs Scope losses Discusses repairs with the customer and obtains work authorization/contract Maintain customer satisfaction, as determined by completed satisfaction surveys. Responsibility for adhering to the PDO Health & Safety Program. Maintain contact/relationships with key customers. Meet or exceed customer expectations Build and foster relationships with adjustors Support staff in key client situations and events. Collect Accounts Receivable Competency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer) Customer Service Skills Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, TSheets, Moisture Mapper, and additional systems as requested Ability to create documents Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face Ability to work independently and / or with a team Ability to participate in an on-call schedule Ability to work within hazardous environments safely Ability to operate a company vehicle safely Maintain a level of confidentiality Requirements: Highschool Diploma or GED Experience in Construction and Construction Management / Supervision 5 + years of Management or Leadership experience in Restoration/Construction industry Preferred: Class A or B General Contractors License Associate or Bachelors Degree Make an impact now: Since 1966, Paul Davis has been serving people in their time of need when facing disaster and having their worst day.
