The Project Director is responsible for managing all sales activity at the resort location for the assigned area by providing motivational techniques and ongoing sales training for Sales Directors and Take Overs (TO's) for daily sales production. Additionally, the Project Director is responsible for monitoring all available inventory for sales efficiency and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to prospective customers.

Your Impact Daily Operations & Sales Performance: Facilitate meetings. Conduct research. Optimize sales and gross profits. Monitor team performance and financial data.
Team Management & Development: Coach sales personnel. Manage recruitment, hiring, and training of new sales staff. Motivate personnel.
Customer Engagement: Directly engage with customers throughout the sales process. Act as a Take-Over (T/O) representative to assist with financing timeshare purchases.
Administrative Tasks: Manage deal sheets. Approve/deny penders. Collect pre-deeds. Handle attendance. Review canceled sales. Manage supplies. Prepare the sales floor.
What You Bring
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; equitable work experience will be considered. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the timeshare industry, including prior management roles. Demonstrated professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with diverse workgroups to negotiate mutually beneficial solutions. Must consistently exhibit a prompt, reliable, and motivational demeanor. Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and effective communication skills are essential. Strong organizational and leadership abilities are required; a professional appearance and attitude must be maintained at all times. Valid Driver's License, personal automobile, and maintenance of required automobile insurance coverage are mandatory. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed. Ability to meet profitable sales expectations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
