Are you a confident and driven leader with a passion for operations and team development? We're seeking a Project Director to oversee multiple high-impact projects and drive excellence in execution, team performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Lead multiple project teams across various locations, ensuring successful execution and delivery. Own the P&L for all projects under your direction. Build and maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business. Develop and mentor your teams, fostering growth in safety, quality, profitability, and personal development. Collaborate with internal departments—Engineering, Prefab, Purchasing, Accounting, Safety—to achieve project goals. Partner with manpower leaders to ensure sufficient high-quality staffing. Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our model and goals. Help shape overall operational strategy as a key member of the Project Management Leadership Team.

Qualifications BS in Engineering or equivalent union field experience. 10+ years managing large teams and/or complex projects. Strong communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel and/or relocate for both local and national project support.
