We are searching for a Full-Time Program Director for our Raleigh and Creedmoor, North Carolina Programs. This position directs and evaluates the assessment and development of all client treatment plans and programming. This role is responsible for the clinical supervision of staff and clinical direction of the programs, as well as quality management. Additionally, the position oversees and manages all assigned programs, specifically responsible for program operations, finances, and personnel.
Essential Duties & Functions
Coordinate and hold regular meetings to discuss potential admissions and discharges, client issues, staff issues, overall clinical programs, and related budgetary issues.
Meet regularly with the Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations to discuss program, personnel, budget, client, and company issues.
Build effective relationships and work collaboratively with others at all organizational levels.
Ensure consistent interpretation and compliance with Collage policies and procedures using various manuals and resources.
Analyze data to evaluate, revise, and develop systems and procedures to enhance operations and clinical effectiveness.
Manage program evaluation and quality assessment systems, including tracking and timely completion.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to human resources, legal considerations, facilities, vehicles, compensation, and safety.
Continuously evaluate systems and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness, and develop new services and programs.
Approve all program expenses, purchases, and maintenance activities.
Education & Experience
License and/or advanced degree in mental health or rehabilitation, with a minimum of five years’ experience in brain injury rehabilitation.
Experience treating medically complex individuals is a plus.
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience required.
Strong planning, organizational, writing, speaking, and time management skills.
Excellent leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and staff.
Exceptional clinical skills, including crisis resolution, client needs evaluation, and treatment formulation and monitoring.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and be able to speak on the phone for extended periods.
Must demonstrate high attention to detail, quality standards, and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
