Reporting to the Center Director, the Program Director is an in-center position designed to oversee Sensory Motor and Academic programs.They also coach and schedule staff. The ideal Program Director will be an authority on customer service, program knowledge, coaching and mentoring staff management. They will grow and maintain strong programmatic outcomes for the enrolled children in the center in order to drive robust center revenue and profitability.* The Program Director will have ongoing responsibility for their position specific KPI’s and will work to meet and exceed budgeted re-enrollment and revenue goals on a monthly basis. They will oversee program outcomes and parent satisfaction in order to manage a low level of refunds. The Program Director will manage Academic coaching staff to successful program outcomes for each enrolled student. Your performance will be managed using our standard set of operational and profitability key performance indicators. They are also responsible for the hiring advertising for, making recommendations regarding, and decisions on all new staff. Essential functions of the job include: ○Manage center coaching staff, training and program support* ○Conduct welcome, progress, Mastery and re-enrollment meetings* ○Assist Center Director in managing all aspects of customer service and support ○Maintaining an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in the performance of all phases of Sensory Motor and Academic program* ○Leverage our best-in-class onsite and online training to deliver manage the center coaching staff ○Deep understanding of all aspects of CRM* ○Manages coaching staff in the implementation of program updates and changes and training of same ○Deep understanding of all aspects of sensory motor and academic program* ○Regularly review student programs to help each child attain success ○Provides leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives ○Provides leadership by maintaining a positive, customer centric, center culture Requirements: ○5 years of management experience ○Excellent written and verbal communication skills ○Excellent analytical and problem solving skills *Extensive onsite Brain Balance program and operations training will be required and provided. ○Excellent time management & organizational skills with the ability to work independently & as part of a team ○Candidate must be physically fit and able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, jump and stretch, and lift at least 30 lbs ○Satisfactory Background check prior to job offer ○Personality type assessment prior to job offer A description of the work environment ○Program Director will work mostly in center with some outside school visits ○Fast-paced, with a requirement for timely response to customer needs ○Weekly team meetings with CD and ACD and coaching staff to discuss high priority topics, student program concerns, review actuals-against-budgets center performance, and any needed feedback with in center leadership team ○Highly collaborative work environment with frequent formal and informal updates among the in-center team and with other centers in the network ○Motivated, flexible and confident candidates Seniority level Seniority levelMid-Senior level Employment type Employment typeFull-time Job function Job functionBusiness Development and Sales IndustriesWellness and Fitness Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Brain Balance of Northern Virginia by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Program Director” roles.
