The Program Director will lead a team of Retail Program Managers that manage multiple retail implementation projects. The projects will vary in scope, scale and execution and may require substantial cross-functional integration of the many varied products and services offered by Adrenaline. A fundamental knowledge of Adrenaline products and services will be a requirement for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with Account Directors, Construction Project Managers, Retail Program Managers, client representatives, outside vendors and other subject matter experts.
Required to assume both leadership and facilitator roles to manage all aspects of assigned program implementations.
Provide team leadership and positive team interaction with the ultimate goal of delivering an integrated, cohesive, streamlined, profitable client driven program.
Facilitate overall project scope through its duration from initial scope through final delivery and acceptance.
Provide both Adrenaline and client team members with weekly updates on project(s) schedules and status, and share program information in a consistent, organized manner that best communicates to both internal and external resources.
Display the desire to work within a team environment as well as have the independent skill set to work through tasks with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate a positive assertive nature and be receptive to other’s ideas.
Develop, mentor, and coach members of the team to standardize workflow and create efficiencies for both internal and external partners.
Lead company initiative programs in a similar manner.
Point person for clients and the ensuing development of further opportunities.
Limited travel may be required.
Qualifications:
8+ years project/program management experience.
Experience collaborating with and presenting to senior level contacts.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Ability to maintain communication flow between all parties involved with assigned projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Custom proposal writing experience.
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
Highly motivated, results-driven self-starter.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Knowledge of the banking, retail or construction industry a plus.
