About This Position. Chorus is seeking a Program Director to oversee the planning and execution of the Chorus programming. We are a small team with an all-hands-on-deck team; no task is too small and responsibilities may evolve as project needs do. That said, key responsibilities of the Program Director include:
Strategy and Program Management
Strategic Planning. Assist with all planning and strategy development for the organization, including but not limited to budget, curriculum, and analytics program development;
Goal Setting & Measurement. Measure the programs’ progress toward goals, flagging opportunities for improvement and proactive solutions for getting there;
Team Alignment. Facilitate weekly meetings to ensure alignment across the senior team;
Creator Recruitment. Manage the discovery, recruitment, and application process for each learning cohort to ensure most qualified, committed creators join Chorus;
Program Management. Oversee the partnerships and rapid response communications programs within Chorus, with a goal of upleveling creators’ content; and oversee the technical support provided to Chorus creators, along with the analytics program.
Partnership Management. Manage relationships with external training and briefing partners to ensure a positive experience participating in Chorus programming.

Meticulous Attention to Detail. You have a keen attention to detail, ability to work well with Google Sheets, and always review something twice before completing it.
Inclusive Management Experience. Effectively manages the team and vendors from concept to execution. Sets other team members up for success - both above and below you - by explicitly defining success, identifying potential risks, and offering useful and actionable feedback (positive and constructive) with empathy and intention. Contributes to the team’s ongoing learning by proactively including others in a safe, supportive workplace.
Effective Communication. Honestly, proactively, and effectively communicates information across teams and stakeholders, asks questions, remains open to feedback, and builds and maintains relationships; observes and adapts to others’ decision-making, alignment, and communication styles; gives and receives helpful, constructive feedback with positive intention; understands that people are complex and that treating each other with openness and respect ensures that conversations are both productive and inclusive.

Compensation. This is a contract position to be paid at a rate of $12,500 - $17,000 per month depending on experience level.
Location. Chorus is a fully remote team. All team members must be located within the continental United States and must be reachable between the hours of 10am ET and 6pm ET, regardless of where they live and work.
