The Program Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively develop, implement, and evaluate program initiatives while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The Program Director will ensure that all services are delivered in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.

*Responsibilities* * Lead the development and implementation of programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. * Manage daily operations, ensuring programs are running efficiently and effectively. * Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies to ensure collaborative service delivery. * Oversee budgeting processes related to program operations, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability. * Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and evaluation results. * Develop training materials and facilitate workshops for staff on best practices in service delivery and relationship management. * Prepare reports for stakeholders that outline program progress, challenges, and successes.

*Skills* * Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with clients, families, and community partners. * Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. * Proficient in administrative tasks including budgeting, program development, and management. * Ability to supervise a diverse team effectively while fostering an inclusive work environment. * Background in social work or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively across various audiences.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
