Program Director
Community Services - Milford/Charlton
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment; remainder after 90 days; pro-rated for part-time).
About the Role:
This is a clinical position and due to contract obligations, it requires an independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is seeking a creative, energetic, and skillful Program Director to oversee the development and functioning of the newly redesigned Community Services Agency (CSA). The CSA provides community-based services specializing in child welfare and behavioral health through Intensive Care Coordination, Family-based Intensive Treatment and Family Support and Training levels of care.
The successful candidate will join a team of managers overseeing a multidisciplinary clinical team, contributing to daily operations including staff meetings, training, morale, safety compliance, and fostering a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of CSA programming, ensuring alignment with mission, quality standards, risk management, financial goals, and strategic direction. Hire, train, supervise, and support staff across all levels. Manage case assignments and ensure compliance with program specifications and contract requirements. Provide emergency program coverage as needed. Represent the program in the community through meetings, trainings, and public engagements. Participate in agency-wide committees and cross-program initiatives. Ensure staff meet training and regulatory requirements. Preferred Competencies: Strong knowledge of the Massachusetts CBHI System of Care and Wraparound services. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Effective multitasking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Collaborative, flexible, and creative approach to leadership. Commitment to Wayside's mission and values. What We're Looking For: Master's degree in social work, Psychology, or a related field. Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) required. Proven experience in program management and staff supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based work.
