Global Clients Americas Program Director (GCA PD) Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based); Up to 15% travel Salary: $100,000 – $116,000 annually Reports To: Vice President, Global Clients Americas Position Summary The Global Clients Americas (GCA) Program Director serves as a strategic business partner and trusted security advisor to high-value multinational clients operating across complex, multisite portfolios. This role provides end-to-end leadership in designing, executing, and continuously improving global security programs that align both client priorities and Securitas’ strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and proactive problem solver with a balance of business acumen, operational oversight, and executive-level client engagement. Working closely with field leadership — including District Managers (DMs) and Area Vice Presidents (AVPs) — the GCA PD drives innovation, operational excellence, and consistency across regions. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Strategic Partnership Serve as the key point of contact and advisor to senior client stakeholders, consulting on security risk, program transformation, and business continuity. Lead program development and execution for assigned accounts, ensuring standardization, innovation, and alignment with global objectives. Build and sustain long-term executive relationships through proactive communication and quarterly business reviews. Support global contract transitions, start-ups, and RFP/RFI responses, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction. Operational Leadership & Financial Management Maintain full P&L ownership for assigned accounts, including financial analysis, cost management, and margin optimization. Oversee invoicing, receivables, and contract compliance; ensure transparency and accountability across all financial activities. Partner with field teams to maintain appropriate staffing levels and labor cost control, ensuring consistent service delivery. Drive the use of KPI dashboards and performance analytics to measure success and guide continuous improvement. Program Development & Risk Management Lead and coordinate Security Risk Reviews using industry best practices and client-specific frameworks. Champion the integration of technology, data, and automation in collaboration with Securitas Solutions Technology (SST) and other strategic partners. Establish and enforce consistent governance, policy alignment, and post-order compliance across global sites. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure best practices and standardized processes under the GCA model. People & Performance Leadership Mentor and develop regional management teams to drive leadership alignment, retention, and succession planning. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. Support corporate initiatives related to DE&I, sustainability, and ESG priorities that reflect both client and Securitas values. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Identify and implement strategic improvements that enhance service delivery, reduce risk, and strengthen client partnerships. Lead cross-functional projects that improve efficiency, visibility, and enterprise value. Act as a change agent, driving innovation in global program design and execution. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 5–10 years of progressive management experience in security program management, operations, or business leadership. Proven ability to manage global or enterprise-level client relationships with measurable success. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). Experience with Oracle, Visio, SharePoint, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with KPI tracking, dashboards, and financial modeling preferred.
