Job Duties Directing and coordinating activities related to production schedules and development programs, including overseeing content and planning resources and creative activities. Performing market analysis and sales strategies to successfully sell series to buyers. Developing creative projects from pitch to premiere through the notes process, shepherding and protecting the vision throughout development and production. Staffing roles above and below the line as needed and coordinating with all producing entities. Liaising with clients, agencies, vendors, technical support, and production heads, including negotiating and maintaining relationships and making creative decisions. Evaluating scripts and preparing projects for pitching, including developing pitching decks. Overseeing the entire development process, including securing rights, selecting the writing team, managing schedules and bookings, and safeguarding sensitive information. Monitoring programming to ensure schedules are met, guidelines are followed, and performances meet company standards.
