  • Oversee daily scheduling, transportation coordination, and activity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, emergency procedures, and licensing requirements.

  • Advocate for increased opportunities in vocational training, social engagement, and community participation for individuals with higher support needs.
  • Build relationships with local organizations and businesses to develop partnerships and employment opportunities.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Oversee program expenses while ensuring adequate resources for adaptive equipment, hygiene supplies, and therapeutic materials.
  • Work with the Vice President of Vocational Services to explore funding opportunities to enhance participant experiences.
Crisis Intervention & Emergency Response
  • Train staff in de-escalation techniques and behavioral management to maintain a safe, structured environment.
  • Ensure staff are prepared to handle medical emergencies, administer first aid, and coordinate with emergency services.
  • Monitor and document behavioral incidents and facilitate appropriate follow-ups with caregivers and clinical teams.
Professional Development & Program Growth
