Program Director - Day ProgramDepartment: Developmental & Brain Injury Services
Location: Greenfield, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a - 4p
Starting Salary: $50,000$52,000 (Based on experience)

About the Role
As Program Director, youll oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure each participant receives individualized, person-centered care. Youll collaborate with families, clinicians, and community partners to build inclusive, enriching programs that promote dignity and independence.

What Youll Do
  • Develop and implement individualized day and vocational programming.
  • Supervise and train instructors, job coaches, and direct care staff.
  • Oversee personal care, behavioral supports, and medication administration.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, transportation, and community-based activities.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and MAP (Medication Administration Program) standards.
  • Partner with families and local organizations to enhance engagement and opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, program supplies, and resource needs.
  • Respond to crises with calm leadership and de-escalation skills.
What You Bring
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and complex behavioral needs.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in human services.
  • Ability to oversee personal care and behavioral management in a structured setting.
  • MAP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and acceptable MVR.
  • CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
