Starting Salary: $50,000$52,000 (Based on experience)

About the Role
As Program Director, youll oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure each participant receives individualized, person-centered care. Youll collaborate with families, clinicians, and community partners to build inclusive, enriching programs that promote dignity and independence.
What Youll Do
- Develop and implement individualized day and vocational programming.
- Supervise and train instructors, job coaches, and direct care staff.
- Oversee personal care, behavioral supports, and medication administration.
- Coordinate daily schedules, transportation, and community-based activities.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and MAP (Medication Administration Program) standards.
- Partner with families and local organizations to enhance engagement and opportunities.
- Manage budgets, program supplies, and resource needs.
- Respond to crises with calm leadership and de-escalation skills.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and complex behavioral needs.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in human services.
- Ability to oversee personal care and behavioral management in a structured setting.
- MAP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and acceptable MVR.
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
