Responsibilities The Program Manager oversees program development and implementation, staff supervision, quality control, and evaluation. Develops and manages comprehensive partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs aligned with community needs and organizational goals, integrating behavioral health services into the continuum of care. Provides leadership, clinical supervision, and direction to meet organizational and departmental objectives.
Qualifications Education, Experience, and Training
Valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent issued by the State.
Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in Behavioral Health Care preferred.
Current BCLS (AHA) certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
Knowledge of mental health laws and practice standards.
Understanding of the continuum of behavioral health care.
Excellent verbal, written, and management skills.
Pay Transparency We offer competitive pay and benefits, including paid time off, 401K, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. Estimated annual compensation ranges from $79,000 to $113,000, based on experience and credentials. Exact offer will be determined at hire.
