Overview Program Director - Behavioral Health Services at Northeast Family Services in Brooklyn, NY. Our agency provides mental health services to children, youth, and families and is seeking a Program Director to lead clinical supervision and ensure high-quality care. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to Other Licensed Practitioners (OLP Clinicians) who deliver structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral health needs. Utilize multiple evidence-based practices to promote families’ strengths. Ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications.
