With multiple layers of redundancy, our system hydrates homes and surrounding areas to prevent ignition from flying embers—the #1 cause of structure loss during wildfires. We are a fast-growing team that has already achieved significant milestones in protecting homes across Northern and Southern California. Our team includes experienced engineers, product designers, and industry experts, and we are looking for a Director of Production Home Sales to drive our expansion into the homebuilding market.
About This Opportunity As the Production Home Sales Director , you will be instrumental in driving Frontline’s growth in the production homebuilding sector. This strategic, high-impact role focuses on securing large-scale partnerships with production homebuilders and positioning Frontline as a leader in wildfire resilience. You will collaborate with builders, insurance providers, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance both wildfire protection and insurability for new residential communities. This is a highly visible opportunity to define the role, shape our go-to-market strategy, and make a lasting impact. We’re looking for a self-starter with deep industry expertise, a strong network, and a proven track record of success in selling to production homebuilders.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales & Business Development
Drive large-scale deals with production homebuilders, securing Frontline’s wildfire defense systems as a standard feature in new residential communities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with homebuilders, ensuring repeat business and ongoing partnerships.
Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting tailored solutions to negotiation and deal closure.
Establish Frontline as a key player in wildfire resilience, positioning our solutions as essential safety features that enhance insurability and buyer appeal.
Industry Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with insurance providers to articulate Frontline’s value proposition and navigate innovative insurance solutions tied to our products.
Establish strategic partnerships with builders to integrate Frontline’s systems into future projects and expand our presence in builder portfolios.
Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact post-sale, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing client success.
Market Expansion & Growth Strategy
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the new homebuilding segment, leveraging industry expertise and a robust professional network.
Partner with internal teams to refine Frontline’s offerings for the production home market, ensuring alignment with industry needs and customer expectations.
Provide market insights and feedback to leadership, contributing to long-term strategic planning and innovation.
Experience & Qualifications Must-Have:
5-10+ years proven sales experience targeting production homebuilders, ideally within industries such as construction, homebuilding products, or real estate development.
Established network and strong relationships with key decision-makers in the production homebuilding industry.
Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals with extended sales cycles.
Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders, including builders, insurers, and cross-functional internal teams.
Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly in crafting and securing innovative insurance solutions.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across internal teams.
Strategic mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering customer value.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000–$160,000 base salary + Attractive Incentive Compensation Structure
