Role We seek a Product Marketing Director with experience in B2B fintech, finance, or crypto to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role involves executing go-to-market strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and developing high-impact initiatives. The candidate should have industry contacts, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to lead marketing efforts.
Responsibilities Define and execute product marketing initiatives focused on client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Develop and test GTM strategies, refine messaging, and oversee program launches.
Create content, campaigns, and thought leadership tailored to crypto and fintech audiences.
Manage outreach, referral, and affiliate marketing programs to maximize ROI.
Track performance metrics and contribute to reporting frameworks.
Manage conference budgets, brand presence, and relationships with event organizers and PR firms.
Summarize marketing projects, KPIs, and business objectives quarterly and annually.
Collaborate across teams to align marketing with business goals.
Identify strategic partnerships to enhance brand awareness and client acquisition.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Gain proficiency in marketing automation and data analytics tools.
Requirements 5+ years in product or growth marketing within B2B fintech, finance, or crypto sectors.
Industry contacts and experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance optimization.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Experience with GTM strategies and campaign execution.
Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
(Preferred) Knowledge of crypto trading, custody, staking, or blockchain infrastructure.
