Overview
Product Director (Associate Director) of Market Access Marketing, Prostate, located in Horsham, PA. This role is part of the Value, Access, and Pricing (VAP) team within the Strategic Customer Group (SCG) organization at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.
SCG develops and delivers strategies to ensure optimal access and reimbursement for the JJIM portfolio, including account management and customer support for hospital systems, group purchasing organizations, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. It also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain support for major franchises. The Market Access Marketing Product Director will support the Group Product Director to evolve and implement a cohesive SCG market access strategy for currently approved advanced prostate cancer therapies and potential future assets in the Solid Tumor Prostate Portfolio.
Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end market access strategies and customer-focused tactics (e.g., payer value proposition) that align with Brand Strategy and address the needs of the SCG customer base
Build strong partnerships with brand teams, account teams, and SCG functional leads to ensure seamless execution of strategies and alignment across stakeholders
Define, monitor, and measure progress against brand access goals to enable net trade sales in accordance with gross-to-net forecasts
Lead forums to gather, interpret, and share customer and market insights, translating findings into actionable strategies and tactics
Develop and implement robust training plans for payer and institutional account teams, ensuring they are well-prepared for key market events
Prepare and deliver impactful content for key meetings, including Launch Readiness Reviews, Market Access Readiness Reviews, National Meetings, Fast Start Meetings, and New Hire Training sessions
Drive SCG partner requirements across the Integrated Evidence Team to ensure data generation plans support and enhance the brand’s value proposition
Qualifications
Education:
BA/BS Required, MBA Preferred
Experience and Skills:
Proven expertise in strategy development, marketing, and analytics with a strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
Ability to identify market trends that impact business goals and translate them into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, foster partnerships, and influence across levels and functions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to defend business rationale, influence without authority, and facilitate consensus-building.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred: Experience in brand marketing and/or market access, with a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare stakeholders and dynamics.
Prior experience in Prostate or other Oncology therapeutic areas.
