Job Description:  The Private Bank Digital Wealth and Estate Planning Product Lead will spearhead the development and execution of our digital product strategy for planning and advice capabilities within . Morgan Private Bank. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in Wealth Planning and Advice, capable of driving product innovation and execution to deliver exceptional value to our clients. The Digital Product Lead will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives in partnership with . Morgan Private Advisory leadership – a cross-disciplinary group of specialists focused on delivering innovative strategies to help clients navigate complex financial decisions. Job Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for digital planning and advice capabilities, including wealth planning, estate planning, executive tools (proxy review and updated stock plan app), and advice insights via AI. Collaborate with senior leadership to align product goals with business objectives. Product Development and Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including market research, product design, development, and launch. Partner with Technology, Morgan Private Advisory, and advisor leadership to build new digital enhancements in the advisor-facing digital ecosystem (Connect) and on . Morgan Online. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Morgan Private Advisory team, advisors, Technology, and Legal/Risk/Controls partners. Communicate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Lead requirements gathering, feedback collection, and roadmap strategy sessions with stakeholders. Financial and Performance Management: Manage product budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth. Analyze product performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Develop strategies to differentiate our products in the marketplace. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: 10 years of experience in product management for financial institutions or Fintech firms, with a track record of success in senior leadership roles. Proven experience in product management, with a focus on digital planning and advice capabilities. Expertise in Wealth Planning and Advice, with a deep understanding of specialized systems and processes. Strong familiarity or ability to quickly become familiar with financial planning, retirement planning, charitable planning, tax planning, and estate planning strategies and solutions. Experience with AI-driven technology solutions. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Preference for JD, CFP, or CPA with a strong background in estate planning and tax matters.
