What You’ll Do
As the Preschool Director, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our school. You will:
Lead and mentor a talented team of educators, ensuring professional growth and a positive school culture.
Oversee enrollment, family engagement, budgeting, and program development with a focus on excellence and sustainability.
Maintain compliance with state licensing and accreditation while raising the bar beyond minimum standards.
Partner with campus leadership and corporate support to execute strategic goals and achieve measurable impact.
Serve as the face of the school in the community, building strong partnerships and a reputation for quality and innovation.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic, confident Preschool Director with:
A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood program, with proven success in staff management and school operations.
Strong financial acumen—skilled in budgeting, enrollment management, and resource allocation.
A track record of building high-performing teams , retaining families, and achieving enrollment growth.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with staff, families, and community partners.
A true passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating an environment of excellence, compassion, and innovation.
