Carrington Academy is seeking a compassionate and visionary leader to serve as our Preschool Principal. This purpose-driven role is at the heart of our school community creating a warm, inclusive, and enriching environment where children, staff, and families thrive.
As Principal, you'll lead a dedicated team of educators, ensure compliance with state licensing standards, drive enrollment growth, and foster meaningful family partnerships. You'll be responsible for both the operational excellence and the culture that make Carrington Academy a place where children love to learn and teachers love to teach.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or related field preferred OR combination of equivalent experience and education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education administration, operational leadership, or business management in an early childhood setting.
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families, staff, and the community.
