Medical Director – Hospitalist Program Location: Green Bay, WI

Compensation: $200–$250 per hour + Monthly Medical Director Stipend ($50K–$80K per year)

Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to lead our hospitalist team in Green Bay, WI . Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the hospitalist team, ensuring quality care and operational efficiency.

Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices.

Collaborate with hospital administration and medical leadership on program goals.

Provide direct patient care in a hospitalist capacity.

Oversee quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and drive clinical excellence.

Compensation & Benefits
